We are back!!!!

San Francisco International Chocolate Salon 2011


        Our trip to San Francisco was full of fun and learning! We attended the International Chocolate Salon, where we overindulged in chocolate! Chocolate Salon participants included over 50 master chocolatiers, confectioners, wineries and other culinary artisans such as The Tea Room chocolate, Guittard Chocolate Company, Christopher Michael Chocolates, Plumeria Flours, Saratoga Chocolates, Choclatique, Divine Chocolate, Landru Chocolates and many others.  We also took a tour at the TCHO factory. It was AMAZING! 












We are back with lots of inspiration and ideas!

Obsessed with chocolate

    Moms are taking a chocolate making class and getting totally obsessed with it!  They buy chocolate, they work in the kitchen with chocolate, they make us and everyone else try chocolate and they read everything about chocolate.  Moms are gone cacao!!!
